What happens after you send it

  1. We read it during working hours Requests sent in the evening or overnight are answered when we open: from 6:00 am on weekdays and 9:00 am on weekends.
  2. We call you back To ask a few questions about the gate, explain what a visit involves and what it costs, and set a time that suits you.
  3. We come out and look You get a plain explanation and the price before any work starts, written down for new gates and larger jobs.

What to have ready

None of this is required, but each item saves time on the call and on the visit.

  • The type of gate: swing or slide, one leaf or two, roughly how wide, and what it is made of.
  • The opener's brand and model, from the label on the operator or inside the control box. A photo is perfect.
  • What it does and since when: and whether a storm, a power cut, lightning or a bump came first.
  • Error lights or beeps on the control board, and whether the remote, the keypad or both have stopped working.
  • How we get in: the community and the gatehouse or guest-code routine. Give gate codes by phone, not in the form.
  • For a new gate: your HOA's guidelines if you have them, and where the nearest outlet or power is.

Phone, email and hours

Working hours
Mon–Fri 6:00 am – 11:00 pm
Sat–Sun 9:00 am – 10:30 pm

Before you send it

Can I send photos of the gate?

Yes, and they help. The form takes text only, so email photos to contact@palomadoorsgates.com with your name: the whole gate, the operator and its label, the control box with the lid open, and anything that looks broken. For a new gate, a photo of the opening from the street and from the house side.

Do I need to be home for the visit?

For a first visit or an estimate, it helps if you or someone you trust is there, so we can go over the gate and the options together. For some repairs on a gate we already know, access is enough; we agree on that when we set the time.

What if my gate is stuck right now?

Call (239) 579-9077 rather than sending the form; a phone call reaches us faster. In the meantime, the stuck gate page shows what you can check safely and how to use the manual release.

Rather talk to someone now?

Call (239) 579-9077. You will usually reach Declan, the person who will come out to the gate.
