This website is run by Paloma Gate Services, a gate installation, repair and maintenance business based in Bonita Springs, Florida. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Our privacy policy explains how we handle the information you send us.
Information and tools are guidance, not quotes
The pages on this site, including the gate sizing guide, the stuck gate troubleshooter, the ZIP code checker, the comparison tables and the maintenance advice, give general information to help you understand your gate and your options. They are not a quote, a diagnosis of your particular gate or a promise of availability. Every gate and site is different, and we confirm what a job needs only after we have looked at it.
Safety steps described on this site, such as using a manual release, are general. Always follow the instructions from the maker of your gate operator, and if you are unsure or something looks damaged, keep clear of the gate and call us. If someone is hurt or trapped, call 911.
Only a written estimate binds
Prices, scope and timing are agreed only in a written estimate or agreement from Paloma Gate Services, or confirmed by us for a simple repair before the work starts. Nothing on this website, and nothing sent through its forms, creates a contract or an obligation for either side. Sending a request does not guarantee a visit at a particular time.
Ownership of content and photos
The text, photos, logo, graphics and layout of this website belong to Paloma Gate Services or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use, such as planning a project or sharing them with your HOA. You may not copy, republish or use our content, photos or logo for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
Using the site properly
Please do not misuse the site or its forms: no false or abusive submissions, no automated scraping or flooding of the forms, and no attempts to break or bypass its security.
Limits of liability
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind about its content or availability.
